Senior Management Team at Family Mosaic
Brendan was appointed as Chief Executive of Family Mosaic at its point of merger in 2006.
He joined Mosaic Homes in 2001 as Chief Executive. Previously, he was a Director at Family HA for seven years. He spent five years at London & Quadrant as a senior manager and has also worked in local government.

Jo came to Family Mosaic from Family HA which she joined in 2001 as Regional Housing Director for the North/East region.
Jo has 18 years' experience of working in RSLs, with previous roles including Director of Housing Services at Islington & Shoreditch HA and Regional Housing Manager at Ealing Family HA.
Jo has a BA (Hons) in Housing Management & Development from Westminster University and has sat on the Board for both Women's refuge and Soho Housing Association.
Ken is responsible
for Finance , Information Technology, Income Collection and Credit control,
Rents and Service Charges and Treasury.
He has been with Family Mosaic since 2001 , having previously worked in the commercial services sector at Director level. He is currently on the Board of Christian Action Enfield and on the Finance Comittee of Innisfree HA.

Dick moved into his role at Family Mosaic having been Development Director for Mosaic Homes since January 2002. He has also worked at Pavilion HA, Swan HA and Southwark Council.
Previous roles have included Assistant Director of Housing, Operation Director and Development Director. Dick has a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales.

John came to Family Mosaic from Family Housing Association where he had the role of Director of Planning and Communications. John is a qualified surveyor and worked in the private sector before concentrating on home improvement projects for local government and housing associations.
Prior to joining Family in 1998 he was at Moat Housing, where he was Technical Director and then Group Director of Central Services.

Yvonne came to Family Mosaic from Mosaic Homes which she joined in 1992 to set up their first Nursing Home in Essex. She became Head of Operations for Essex in 1995 and Essex Services Director in 2001. In 2005 her directorate expanded to include all Supported Housing activities.
Yvonne started her career as a Registered General Nurse for the NHS, and has 15 years' experience in Housing. She is Housing Representative on the Essex SP Core Strategy Group the Mental Health Housing Strategy Group. Yvonne has responsibility for the Essex Region and all of Family Mosaic's Supported Housing activities.

John came to Family Mosaic from Family Housing Association. He joined Family in 1997 as Assistant Director of Landmark HA (Family's shared-ownership subsidiary), becoming Director in 1999 and then Group Director in July 2002.
Prior to joining Family he worked for the Lewisham Council, Croydon Council and Keith Cardale Groves Surveyors. John, who has 27 years' experience of social housing, is a member of two local strategic partnerships: the Southwark Alliance and Lambeth First.

Doug joined us from Lloyds TSB where he was the Senior Sourcing Manager within the Property & Facilities Procurement Team, managing over 2000 branches and 120 office buildings.
Prior to working with Lloyds TSB, Doug worked in similar roles for Nokia & GlaxoSmithKline.
