Community guidelines

Family Mosaic uses its social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook to engage with our customers and anyone else interested in the work that we do.

While we encourage open and honest dialogue, we ask that anyone using our social media platforms follow our community guidelines so they are a respectful and fair place for all.

We reserve the right to remove any comments or social media users that break our community guidelines. These could include:

  • Swearing or offensive language
  • Personal attacks on individuals
  • Defamatory or libellous statements
  • Obscene or indecent comments, images or videos
  • Irrelevant content such as unwarranted advertising

We appreciate that social media gives an opportunity to feedback on our services. However, if we feel that we have done everything we can to resolve a situation, and we continue to receive defamatory messages, we may decide to block the user responsible.

A user who continues to post negative statements, despite failing to help us resolve a situation by giving us further details, such as their address, would therefore be in breach of our community guidelines.

Please note:

  • Comments, pictures or videos posted or shared do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Family Mosaic, its employees or associates
  • Some posted links may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content of these sites.
