If you have any questions regarding applying for a position at Family Mosaic that we haven’t answered on these pages , please feel free to contact our HR team.

The HR team can be contacted at hr@familymosaic.co.uk. The team can also deal with reference requests and welcomes your feedback on our recruitment process.

Please note that we are unable to accept CVs from candidates as expressions of interest in working for us and we are also unable to monitor positions that would be suitable for you and notify you. We only accept applications for specific positions that are submitted through our online job application system. Please visit our Current vacancies page and once you have selected a job you are keen to apply for, please click on ‘apply now’ and follow the instructions to submit your application.

Guidance for agencies

Please be aware that we do not accept speculative CVs from agencies. All current vacancies in our non-care and supported housing department that are open to agency recruitment are dealt with by Retinue, our managed service.

For agencies wishing to become a supplier to Family Mosaic, please contact Retinue on 020 3837 7880 or at recruitmentteam@retinue-solutions.com.

For roles in care and supported housing, a recruiting manager wishing to consider candidates from agencies will arrange this themselves through our agency portal, and the relevant agencies on our preferred suppliers list (PSL) will be contacted directly.
