Floating Support
We provide floating support services in Redbridge, Hackney, Islington, Chelsea and Kensington.
Floating support is a short term visiting support service to people living in
the community. Staff can assist people with many issues including debt
management, budgeting skills, housing options, signposting to other agencies
e.g. mental health, drug and alcohol teams, health, good neighbour skills,
general counselling and support. For more information contact Dave Black, Service Manager, on 020 7877 6243

enable people to maintain their tenancy.
We provide both accommodation based and visiting support services to adults

Redbridge. This ranges from low level visiting support and supported housing
schemes through to registered care homes.
We have almost 400 units of dedicated housing for older people (sheltered)
located in Newham, Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Redbridge.
We provide both housing management and support services, generally on site.
We currently provide housing with support for young people leaving care,
vulnerable 16/17 year old and unaccompanied asylum seekers in Hackney and
Islington. We have a mix of shared and self contained accommodation with on site
or visiting support staff.
We provide housing with support for Adults with a Learning Disability, some
of these we provide directly and others in partnership with specialist agencies.
We have a mix of shared and self contained accommodation.
We work with a number of specialist agencies for a range of client groups
including women fleeing domestic violence, drug and alcohol misuse. Where an
agency is best placed to provide both housing management and support our role as
Landlord is minimal, and for other properties we provide the housing management
service and the agency provides the support.
