Personalisation & 'Let Me Choose'

Latest: My Life, My Support - key lessons learnt from Personalisation pilots

The government has said it wants all care and support services to be more personalised.

This means giving  customers of our care and support services more choice and control over what they get from us.

Addressing the personalisation agenda

Let Me Choose headerWe are calling our personalised services ‘Let Me Choose’.

In future you will have more choice about your Family Mosaic service, deciding things like:

  • what support will help you most
  • who you want to deliver your support
  • when you want support

Personalisation pilots

Our ‘let me choose’ services are likely to be personalised in different ways. To help us work out how to personalise them we are running 7 pilots at some schemes to see how well certain ways of providing a service works, as well as testing new ideas and ways of working. We are looking at personalisation in the following services areas:

  • young people
  • older people
  • people with learning disabilities
  • people with mental health issues
  • people needing support with drug and alcohol misuse
  • people with physical disabilities
  • people who use our floating support services
