Family Mosaic’s Care and Supported Housing team supports vulnerable adults to live in the community and integrate into society.

A range of support services...

We specialise in a number of support services: learning disabilities, mental health, young people leaving care, former rough sleepers, drug and alcohol misuse, and acquired brain injuries.

Supported housing is a large part of our business, providing support across London and Essex to over 3,000 people.

Supporting independent living...

A large part of our service concentrates on providing independent living support – enabling people to live in their own homes and get more out of their local communities. 

We have dedicated resources which enable us to achieve grade 'A' standards in our care standards inspections.  We have a number of registered schemes, however the bulk of our service is in providing independent living support.

Involving our clients

We strive to ensure that tenant, client and service user involvement remains at the core of all our work, expanding on the methods in which the people we support influence/change our services.
