When you look at the figures, we’re a big housing association: we have 21,000 homes for rent, supported housing or shared ownership. 

Every year we spend £200 million developing new homes and invest £45 million into our existing ones. For over 45,000 people, we provide an affordable home. For over 3,000 vulnerable adults, we deliver a specialist support service. For thousands of people across London and Essex, we’re an important cog in their community.
