  • Leaseholder enquiries

Our Customer Care Team is able to deal the majority of enquiries from tenants, allowing Neighbourhood Managers to spend more time with residents and in the communities we serve.

See your Neighbourhood Manager face-to-face

If you need a face to face meeting with a Neighbourhood Manager, call the customer care team.

They will arrange an appointment for you with a Neighbourhood Manager. Appointments in your home will be for the morning or afternoon. Evening appointments will be available if a daytime visit is not convenient for you.
