pathways2work is an award winning service with a great track record in providing employment and training advice and opportunities - a specialised service for Family Mosaic customers

We aim to provide free access to employment, training, volunteering and business start-up opportunities to Family Mosaic customers aged 16 and over.
Our qualified and experienced advice and guidance professionals
offer a friendly and confidential service available to customers of Family Mosaic London-wide, operating from offices in Tower Bridge, Hackney and Essex.
We want to help our customers to reach their potential by assisting them to overcome barriers that are preventing them from taking their next steps into employment, training or volunteering.
Our services are open to Family Mosaic customers who are:
Age 16 and over
Unemployed
A Family Mosaic Housing Group tenant
Residents living in areas where we are working in partnership
Willing to actively engage
A Southwark resident described how pathways2work helped her into work.
