We have a dedicated team of training and employment specialists available to help tenants (and sometimes non-tenants) improve their career prospects and find employment.

Our Pathways to Work programme offers a wide range of services, including career advice, support with CVs, application forms, interview techniques, how to set up a business, employability skills training and the opportunity to access work placements.

Our team helps tenants get the advice they need to reach their individual goals. We have recently been awarded the Matrix accreditation for good practice in advice and guidance.

Family Mosaic's Pathways to Work was the first Housing Association based project to be awarded a Matrix Excellence Award for Information Advice and Guidance Services in 2007.
