We recognise that some tenants require more support than others for various reasons, such as physical or mental illness or because they are elderly. Family Mosaic staff can help tenants get the support they need to enable them to live as independently as possible. We also offer advice on benefits, budgeting and increasing your income.
In many cases, tenants receive care and support in their existing home. In others, people may need specialist accommodation or a higher level of support. If we cannot meet your needs, we may involve other specialist agencies that can assist.
Support is delivered through a support plan agreed on an individual basis with each tenant. The support plan is reviewed at least every six months. For more details of the support services on offer please speak to your Housing Officer or Advice and Information Officer.
You don’t always have to be one of our tenants to receive support from us. If you would like to find out more please contact Kate Jones, Floating Support Services Manager London on 020 7877 6000, or Barbara Horne who is responsible for floating support services in Essex on 01268 498500, or complete an online enquiry form and we'll call you back.
