Planned works

Decent Homes internal improvements

SinkLast year, we spent £17m to bring 3,000 homes up to the government’s Decent Homes standard.

In order to be Decent, a home should be warm, weatherproof and have reasonably modern facilities. Our Decent Homes programme is made up of different parts which may include one or more of the following:
  • Kitchen renewal
  • Bathroom renewal
  • Installation of a new heating system

If you feel like your home is in need of some Decent Homes improvement works, please provide us with further information, by completing this form. Once your form has been accessed, we will contact you to arrange a survey of your home.

External Investment Works

As part of Family Mosaic’s commitment to providing good quality homes, we run an investment programme for all of our homes.External improvements

These works are aimed at ensuring that the external areas of properties are well maintained and upgraded or renewed. This includes, repainting walls, repairing roofs, repairing gutters and renewing doors and entrances.
