Serviced boilers keep fuel bills down

By law we have to check all gas appliances that we've installed in your homes once a year to make sure they are safe.

As well as protecting you and your family from deadly leaks, this keeps your boiler working in peak condition which could save you money on your gas bills.

There is no charge for this service. When your gas check is next due you will hear from our gas contractors.

These safety checks are so important that the small minority of residents who don't let us in to carry them out, are taken to court and prosecuted. Sometimes we even have to evict people.

We don't like to do this but we simply cant risk your or your neighbours safety.

Who is my Gas Contractor?

For any additional gas repairs and maintenance problems, outside of your annual check, please contract one of our gas contractors.
