We are fully committed to meeting the needs of our residents, particularly those with special requirements or disabilities. So we have recently reviewed our aids and adaptations service to ensure we can identify and where we able to, make any necessary minor changes to your home as quickly as possible.

The service is free of charge and provides residents with the means to live independently in their homes by installing special equipment such as hand rails, flashing door bells, ramps and lever taps. From February 2010, these small changes can be made within 28 days from the date you notify us of your needs.

More major modifications may require specialist assessment and funding.
