Our Income Collections Team

The Income Collections Team is responsible for:

• carrying out Financial Assessments of nominated Applicants prior to being offered a Tenancy with Family Mosaic

• collection of all Rent Arrears for General Needs Tenants

• providing assistance and advice where financial difficulties are incurred by Tenants

• escalation procedures which are followed through to attendance at Court in cases of deliberate non payment of Rent.

The Team is split into 3 sub Teams which are associated with a specific Region:

• South (covering Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Wandsworth, Merton, Bromley, Croydon, Kingston, Sutton, Richmond) - find your Incomes Officer
  

• North & West (covering Haringey, Camden, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Barnet, Islington, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Brent and Kensington & Chelsea ) - find your Incomes Officer

• East (covering Hackney, Newham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Epping & Redbridge, Havering, Essex (Basildon, Braintree, Colchester) - find your Incomes Officer

Note: The East Team are also responsible for the Shared Ownership and Temporary Accommodation within the Essex Region.

The Team is centrally based at 3^rd Floor, Albion House, 20 Queen Elizabeth Street, London, SE1 2RJ.
