Combat the credit crunch

Family Mosaic is helping our tenants to combat the credit crunch by employing a Financial Inclusion Co-ordinator who will help tenants make the most of their money and deal with any financial difficulties. We have secured funding from Barclays Bank to finance the post for a year.

Financial health check for new tenants

Over the next year Sue Jones will be contacting all new Family Mosaic tenants and inviting them for a free financial health check to help with issues like debt management, lowering fuel bills, budgeting and borrowing. A money advice pack giving information about all these things will also be sent to new residents.

By doing this we aim to give our tenants the tools to successfully set up their home and sustain their tenancy without getting into financial difficulties.

If you are worried about your money and would like help, contact Sue Jones on 020 7089 1323.

Alternatively you can make use of the Financial Inclusion "drop in" Surgeries which are being run between 10am-1pm and 2-4:30pm at the offices and days listed below:

Albion House Office - the last Wednesday of each Month.

Wood Green Office - the last Thursday of each Month
