Using Choice Based Lettings

Tenants who are registered on the Transfer and General lists can find out about available homes and express an interest by placing a bid.

The property adverts will appear each Wednesday at www.ellcchoicehomes.org.uk and in a newsletter which can be collected from any Family Mosaic office or downloaded from the Family Mosaic website.

The period when you can place a bid runs from Wednesday morning until the following Monday midnight. Support and advice is available from our local offices or the Allocations team at Albion House on 020 7089 1000.
