Social HomeBuy

Social HomeBuy, the government funded initiative which gives housing association tenants discounts of between £4,000 and £16,000 towards buying their home, was formally launched by Family Mosaic on 1st August 2007 and an application form has been sent to all tenants.

The scheme is currently closed as all our current funding from the Housing Corporation for this scheme has been taken up. However, we have put in a bid for additional grants for 2009 and subject to this being successful, we expect the scheme to re-open in April 2007.
