Your neighbourhood manager can assist with queries relating to your tenancy or lease agreement.

They will carry out a welcome visit to all new tenants within six weeks of them moving in, to ensure that they are settling in to their new home. They meet regularly with residents on fixed-term tenancies to help them work towards their goals in areas such as training and employment.

Our neighbourhood managers carry out regular inspections of our estates to ensure that our cleaning and grounds maintenance services are carried out to a high standard. They will also report any communal repairs during these visits. Should you notice any communal repairs or issues with the cleaning and grounds maintenance services that we provide, please report them directly to our Customer Care Line.

Your neighbourhood manager is also trained to deal with anti-social behaviour and will work closely with the Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams, as well as other local services, to ensure your neighbourhood is safe.

From time to time, some of our residents may require additional support to assist them in managing their tenancies or to access local support services for issues such as mental health or substance misuse. Your neighbourhood manager is able to help signpost you towards such services. Family Mosaic also has Tenancy Sustainment Officers who are specialised in providing advice in these areas.

Neighbourhood managers can be reached via our Customer Care Line and are happy to meet you in your home to discuss any of the issues mentioned above. They work until 8pm on Wednesdays and can meet with you in the evenings if you are busy during the day.

Neighbourhood managers can be reached on 0300 123 3456 or by email at customercareline@familymosaic.co.uk if you are a tenant and 0300 123 2209 or by email at CCLhomeownership@familymosaic.co.uk if you are a leaseholder.
