We believe that by involving you we can create a better service and better communities.

Your views can help us to develop and improve our services.

We use a number of ways to find out what you think, including sending you letters about specific issues, carrying out opinion surveys by phoning you up, arranging local meetings or holding focus groups. You can read our Customer Involvement & Empowerment Strategy here.

There’s a number of other ways that you can get involved and have your say.

Independent Resident Scrutiny Panel

The Independent Resident Scrutiny Panel is a group of tenants and leaseholders looking at Family Mosaic’s services from a resident perspective.

Find out more

It works independently of, but in partnership with, Family Mosaic to change and improve services through scrutiny and inspection of our services, and makes recommendations on how we can improve.

You can read all the Panel’s reports on our Performance page.

For more information about the Panel’s work, download Family Mosaic’s latest annual report, and the Panel’s Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct.

You can suggest topics that you think should be included in future inspections by emailing the Scrutiny Panel at

Service Improvement Groups

We currently have a number of online groups that are called on throughout the year to give feedback on particular service areas.

Please tell us a little about yourself and select the areas you are interested in.

Panel Plus

Panel Plus is a smaller group of residents and leaseholders who take a strategic overview of our work.

Find out more

They have a role in setting budgets and overseeing our operational plans and strategies.

Panel Plus is made up of tenant board members and representatives from our Regional Forums, as well as other involved tenants.

Call us on 0300 123 3456 to find out more.

Residents associations

Residents associations can be a good way for groups of people living in the same area or neighbourhood to get together and tackle issues like play areas for children, traffic and parking problems, and tackling anti-social behaviour.

Find out more

We will help to set up and support residents associations, and provide grant funding.

Call us on 0300 123 3456 to find out more.

You can email for more information about any of our involvement opportunities.

Regional Forums

The Regional Forums are groups of interested tenants who meet four times a year in each of our London regions, in Essex and in supported housing to consider local issues.
