Report a repair

Our online repair reporting centre is available 24 hours a day.

  • 0300 123 3456 if you are a tenant
  • 0300 123 2209 if you are a leaseholder

To report a new repair by phone, you can call us Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

For existing repairs enquiries, you can call us Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

If possible, please avoid ringing on a Monday, the day following a bank holiday or first thing in the morning unless you have an emergency repair to report. Please remember that we are also open Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00. When call volumes are high, we offer a call-back facility whereby you can leave your name and postcode and we will call you back.
