Family Mosaic is one of the largest housing providers in London and the South East.

We provide affordable homes to rent and buy as well as services to thousands of people who need extra support. We have around 25,000 homes for rent and serve more than 45,000 people.

We provide a range of opportunities for our customers such as training, employment and access to learning. We partner local communities to make our neighbourhoods better places to live.

Our housebuilding programme will deliver thousands of new homes in London by 2018.

We have a Community Foundation that provides up to £2 million in small community grants every year for projects that help our residents, young and old.

Many of our customers get involved with us, whether by taking part in panels, forums, conferences, workshops, surveys and more.

We also provide a range of community activities that support people’s health, wealth and wellbeing to enable our residents lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

Building homes

Each year we deliver hundreds of new homes for social rent, shared ownership and outright sale.

We’ve made a commitment to step up our development programme and build 1,000 new homes a year.

Even though competition for land in London is intense our development pipeline is strong.

Caring and supporting

We provide expert care and support services to thousands of people in London, Essex and the Southeast. This ranges from complex care in registered care homes to regular visits to people living in their own homes.

Making a positive difference to quality of life often requires a creative, flexible and personalised  approach. Our services include helping adults with learning disabilities, people with acquired brain injury, people who find themselves street homeless, or those with a history of drug and/or alcohol abuse.

We also offer a range of home improvement services, including small repairs and adaptations, to help more vulnerable members of the community.

We provide these services in partnership with numerous local councils, county councils and London boroughs as well as with NHS trusts.

Committed to communities

We have a Social and Financial Inclusion team who work with our customers to enable them to find employment, training or get more involved in their local community.

Our Financial Wellbeing team provide advice on benefits and managing money. Our award-winning Employment Bootcamp has helped hundreds of people to get into work, even those who class themselves as long term unemployed.

During 2016/17, our social inclusion programme provided 21,123 customer involvement opportunities. Key initiatives include ‘Community Champions’ among our residents, who give their time voluntarily to run projects and events over the year such as drama clubs, music clubs, after school clubs and various trips.

We also have a Youth Academy including the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Programme. 1,100 residents took part in our digital inclusion project where younger residents teach older residents IT skills.

Our care and support team also run a variety of health and wellbeing activities for older people such as Get Healthy, Get Active and more.
