Family Mosaic and Havering Council join forces to help local young people onto housing ladder.
Seven people, aged 18-25, participated in the planning, design and building of
the homes in Harold Hill, Havering.
As well as acquiring a range of skills and experience during the build, the team studied at a local college to gain construction qualifications.
Havering Council leader Councillor Michael White said the project had given the participants a chance to learn valuable skills.
The project was a joint initiative between the council and Family Mosaic HousingĀ in conjunction with the Community Self Build Agency.
