It's all aboard the 'Big Bus Local' from 10th to 17th May
Its all aboard the BIG BUS LOCAL From 10th – 17th May. Staff from Housing
Management, Repairs and Allocations are touring London on a specially
branded double decker bus which will take in 17 different areas that we have a
high density of tenants.
One of our 4 aims as an organisation is to be “big but local”. Tenants will be able to step out their doors and onto the bus to talk to staff. Tenants will be able to access the choice based lettings system and 'myplace' - an on-line space where they can tell us how they feel about their home, neighbourhood and community and give us any ideas they have for improvements in how we provide our services.
Comments from myplace will help inform upcoming estate agreements and how we grade estates – having residents involved from the start of these new initiatives is a positive step in how we involve our residents.
Flyers will be sent to all tenants who live near a bus stopping location at the end of this week. For more information about the BIG BUS LOCAL contact Resident Participation Officers Alex-Egan Langley (020 8826 4954), Sine Ozsoy (0207 877 6181) or Tim Broderick (020 7089 1253).
