Family Mosaic has signed a deal with Barnet Council and Barrett Homes to go ahead with a major regeneration project in Edgware.

The £230 million Stonegrove and Spur Road scheme will ultimately create a community of 937 high quality homes, reflecting the housing needs of local people as well as creating a new, sustainable neighbourhood. There will be a mix of affordable and private homes set in a high quality landscape, which will also include a new community square, hall and church.
