Family Mosaic has begun the first phase of the regeneration of the Stonegrove and Spur Road estates in North London. The project is due for completion next March when residents of Goldsmith, Collinson and Powis Courts will be able to move into their new homes.

The work forms part of a major regeneration project, improving the quality of the properties and surrounding grounds.

Residents met with staff from Family Mosaic, contractors United House and Barnet council to view plans for their new homes as well as specify their preferences for internal fittings such as kitchens, floorings and wall colours.

Angela McLaughlin of Goldsmith Court was particularly pleased. “I couldn’t believe the quality we were being offered. It was amazing to choose from different woods and different worktops, in fact it was hard to choose, they were all so good! It was like winning the lottery, a dream come true! The team were very helpful and answered all our questions.", she said.
