Old Oak Football Club, who won their regional 'Your Game' tournament in West London last month, was presented with the winning trophy by ex-footballer Les Ferdinand last Friday.

The ex-Newcastle and Tottenham goal-scoring star met with the Old Oak team to present the award. Old Oak FC won the tournament and claimed their place in the national finals of the UK's biggest street football event.

The Your Game tournament is a national social inclusion project, run in partnership between the BBC and the Football Foundation.
