Launch of new repairs and maintenance services

New London repairs and maintenance services to commence on 2nd August

On Monday 2 August the new London repairs and maintenance services commence. This is the culmination of over 18 months procurement and planning activity which has involved residents and staff from across Family Mosaic.

From Monday, all calls are to be routed through the new dedicated number 0300 123 3456 which will provide access to both the Housing Management Customer Care Line and the new Repairs Contact Centre for all repairs, maintenance and investment.

Repairs reporting will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through this number.

Current repairs operations from Osborne cease from midnight Saturday 31 July and have been transitioning to Mears over the course of the last month.
