Family Mosaic is using innovative and creative ways to find extra and larger homes for growing families through the More Homes project. 

More Homes are a small number of larger than average properties either converted from existing properties we already own, or newly built properties.

Most of the More Homes properties will have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms which will be offered to Family Mosaic tenants living in an overcrowded home. 

All properties will benefit from a brand new interior and tenants who apply early enough will also have the opportunity to select a designer finishing pack from a choice of three option packs which include kitchen choice, wall colour and floor colour.

Who can qualify?

To qualify, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be an assured tenant with Family Mosaic for at least one year.
• Be registered on our transfer waiting list.  If you are not currently registered, you can do so by calling our Customer Care Line on 0300 123 3456.
• Have a clear tenancy record, for example not breached any terms of your tenancy agreement.
• Have a clear rent account for the last 12 months.
• Have a proven need for a larger home.
• Currently live in a home with at least two bedrooms.
