Landlord of choice for Islington scheme

Full steam ahead as Family Mosaic is chosen for Wenlock Road development.

Wenlock RoadFamily Mosaic has been selected as the landlord of choice by developers London Newcastle, who are specialists in mixed-use developments, to work with them on the delivery of affordable housing at 1-3 Wenlock Road in Islington, where we'll be offering a mix of shared ownership opportunities and homes for rent.

The combined sites at Wenlock Road will result in excess of 100 homes, including approximately 27 for affordable rent and 11 for the intermediate market, providing 40% family accommodation. 

Family Mosaic’s involvement will also be through the crucial design stage, which means we can influence the scheme ensuring the best possible accommodation for  prospective residents. Family Mosaic is already working with London Newcastle Arundle Square Islington and Wharf Road, through their joint venture partnership with United House.
