Family Mosaic has been awarded the status of Disability Symbol User by the Department for Work and Pensions.

This award recognises our positive approach to employing disabled people and that we are working towards being a more diverse organisation.

We are committed in the retention, training and career development of disabled people, and in broadening awareness of disability in the work place. This symbol not only supports people falling into the definition of the Disability Discrimination Act but also employees that are only affected by their disability at work.
