Esprit@Strada, Elephant and Castle

Esprit@Strata, Elephant & Castle has been an incredible sales success. We opened for business on 8th May with 78 apartments to sell and all bar six of those are now under offer and the first exchanges took place mid-July.

Strata is a 43 storey tower at the heart of the regeneration of the Elephant and Castle area. This landmark building will be the tallest residential building in London and has its own wind turbine system built into the structure of the building – the first of its kind in the world.

The Silk Gardens (Parmiter Street) opened for business on 18th June.

Tower Hamlets planning permission secured

We are pleased to announce that we secured planning permission to deliver 490 new homes for both sale and affordable rent at the New Festival Quarter scheme in Tower Hamlets.

The completed scheme will also include a fitness centre and nursery as well as a community hall and areas of high quality public open space.
