Family Mosaic held its first Customer Panel Conference earlier this Autumn, showcasing resident involvement opportunities and outlining its achievements.

The Customer Panel is a group of over 900 residents involved in influencing how we deliver services through a range of surveys, consultations and forums.

The day consisted of a series of presentations and workshops with staff and panel members, covering Community Investment, Property Design and Stock Investment.
