Over fifty Family Mosaic tenants in London came to our National Conversation consultation event at the Emirates Stadium recently to feed back to the Tenant Services Authority what services are most important to them.

During some lively discussions, tenants were able to highlight areas they think should be concentrated on and, the good news is, we are already addressing these areas to further enhance our service.

Supported housing tenants also influenced the debate by discussing service standards at house meetings. Their views were noted on the TSA questionnaires. Essex tenants too were included, getting questionnaires to fill in that were sent to them by post.
