Involving our tenants

Part of our drive to deliver a quality service involves regular consultation with our tenants to find out where we can improve.

Tenants' Question TimeWe get feedback from our tenants in a range of ways, such as:

  • Customer Panel - Consisting of over 800 members, the Customer Panel provides essential feedback on a range of our service issues from access to services. We carry our regular surveys and focus groups with panel members.
  • You say, we do - Our Customer Panel members receive our quarterly Spotlight magazine, which provides a regular update on how  we plan to address the service issues raised.
  • Tenant Question Time - This regional event provides tenants with a unique opportunity to quiz Board members (both tenant and non-tenant), our CEO and other senior staff on issues affecting residents' homes and commmunities.   • Resident Associations - we actively encourage residents to get involved with their local resident association as they provide a good way of driving improvements on a local level.
