While much of Family Mosaic's responsibilities lie in providing quality homes for our tenants, our responsibility doesn't stop at our tenants' doorstep, and community development and regeneration form very important parts of our business.

We make a difference to local communities through knowledge of the social diversity of our residents and their families.  It means using the advantages of our size to make a more positive impact – ‘Big, but local’.

By understanding where our tenants live, and working with partner agencies and advocates, we can make a significant difference and provide a truly local housing service.
