While much of Family Mosaic's responsibilities lie in providing quality homes for our tenants, our responsibility doesn't stop at our tenants' doorstep -  community development and regeneration form very important parts of our business.

We make a difference to local communities through knowledge of the social diversity of our residents and their families.  It means using the advantages of our size to make a more positive impact – ‘Big, but local’.

By understanding where our tenants live, and working with partner agencies and advocates, we can make a significant difference and provide a truly local housing service.
