We offer an extensive range of training opportunities to help you develop your skills in a variety of areas and improve your employment potential as well as your life skills.

Our courses include a range of holistic, personal and professional development workshops, including accredited courses. They provide a safe and healthy learning environment of the highest standard.

Our training programmes are free and available to Family Mosaic residents and customers.

  • living in areas where we are working in partnership
  • willing to engage with us

    This course focusses on the relationship between feeling happy with your appearance and how that can improve your overall confidence and the way people perceive you. It explores how to celebrate your uniqueness and dismantle negative ideas about appearance based on the unrealistic/unattainable images we are bombarded with in the media. It also covers styling and grooming advice. Subject matter includes:

    * Exploring body image and how it impacts on our overall confidence
    * Sharing tools and techniques to improve confidence in appearance
    * Discussing posture, body shapes and styling
    * Dressing and grooming appropriately for interviews or work
    * Tips on how to dress well on a budget
