Food Safety Level 2 Certificate

This 1 day course offers a basic understanding of food safety in a catering environment. It aims to provide knowledge and understanding of food hygiene.


You will learn:

* How to take personal responsibility for food safety
* The importance of keeping working areas/ surfaces clean and hygienic
* Importance of keeping food safe and associated food hazards
* Good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of food
