Resident training booking request form

At this stage you can complete the form below expressing your interest in as many courses as you want. Around two weeks before each course you will receive a letter asking if you are still interested in attending and then places will be allocated to those who call in first. Everyone else will be kept on a waiting list and contacted the next time the course is run. You must register with pathways2work to attend the courses.
