Designed to provide new starters with key information on our business, our values and our customers. We make a huge investment in our new starters as we believe they have an important role to play in the success of our business. New managers can access a suite of online tools to assist them with day-to-day skills such as budgeting, performance management, compliance etc.

Chartered Management Institute

For managers who seek a formal qualification, we offer a diploma recognised by the CMI.

A programme for managers to develop behaviour and culture to support commercial performance, coaching for high performance, collaborating as one team, driving positive change, innovative ways of working, and leading others to achieve.
