Family Mosaic have recently acquired a new site near Parmiter Street in Tower Hamlets and is working in partnership with TEAM Limited to provide a mixed-use development which will result in 105 family-sized homes. 

The site, located close to Cambridge Heath Road, E2, has funding from the Housing Corporation and we are also seeking funding from English Partnerships who are supportive of the scheme.

The mix comprises 42 units (10 of which are wheelchair accessible) for rent, 42 units for shared ownership and 21 units for outright sale. All units are a mix of 3, 4 & 5 beds, all with private balconies, terraces or roof gardens. Handovers are likely to commence in February 2010.

This unique development of 100% family sized units will be delivered using highly sustainable, excellent quality materials. The construction method is a combination of the Spaceover system which uses factory produced structural pods (the same system used on another Family Mosaic scheme at Lower Clapton Rd) and the Elcon system which uses concrete sections produced off-site.
