In 2000, the Government set itself a Public Service Agreement (PSA) target of bringing all social housing up to the Decent Homes standard by 2010.

Further to a continual programme of investment works by our Asset Management team and our partnering contractors, improving kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrical, windows, and roofs, we are pleased to announce that 99.60% of our properties are of 'decent' standard.

We are building upon this success with the aim of achieving 100% compliance to ensure quality homes are maintained throughout our housing stock.
