The roles

From Support Workers to Team Administrators, Community Regeneration Officers to IT Helpdesk Assistants, as jobs arise we will ensure some of them are advertised only to our tenants and service users.

These will be posts for which you will need to have the necessary skills and we will tell you what those skills are as the jobs arise.  You will be paid a fair wage, with the possibility of an annual bonus, in the same way as the rest of our staff. 

Of course, we have a jobs page open to the general public for other positions at Family Mosaic and tenants can apply for those too.  But the ones advertised on our Jobs For Tenants page are not for general public. 

We are looking for talented tenants

These, we aim to fill only with talented tenants who are keen to have a career in housing, or IT, or finance – as vacancies arise in our various departments we will make sure some of them are offered solely to our customers and so be able to give you as wide a choice as possible as the year progresses.

Understanding key issues and customer focussed

By reaching our targets, we will have staff who, as tenants themselves, understand key issues, know what matters to Family Mosaic customers, and who understand how important it is to ensure the organisation is a strong and viable company.  We see it as a ‘win win’ situation where everyone has something to gain.

But do note, you can only apply for a job when a vacancy arises so do keep visiting these pages so you know when a new job appears.
