Family Mosaic's Care & Support Services has been awarded full accreditation of the Investors in People (IIP) Quality Standard.

IIP UK is a Government public body that works in partnership with organisations to help deliver continuous business improvement enabling people management and people development within the UK.

The assessment report highlighted many areas of good practice above and beyond the minimum recommended standard including:

• Very strong commitment to equality and diversity interactions
• Strong commitment to flexible working and support of work-life balance
• Strong feelings of employee recognition by the company
• Strong levels of support through the supervision process

There are many more examples of strong and effective practice and the "We Can" ethos throughout the report shines through and gives recommendations to achieve future above and beyond excellence.

As part of the continuous process, Care & Support Services will be re-assessed every three years to make sure the standard is still being met.
