Family Mosaic has been shorlisted for a Guardian newspaper Public Service Award in the 'equality and diversity' category in recognition of our care and support trainee scheme. 

Our trainee scheme provides a mix of training and job placements for service users and has already won national acclaim, having won the TPAS 'Best Practice in Supporting People' earlier this year and a Homes and Communities Award last year.

Winners are announced at a ceremony in November.
