Customer Care Line achieves a place in the Top 50 UK Call Centres for Customer Service

Our Customer Care Line recently achieved recognition for customer service, achieving a Top 50 place in this year's National Customer Service Awards.

We joined the Top 50 Call Centre Organisation in January this year as it gave us an opportunity to benchmark ourselves against our sector and the industry as a whole.

The award was presented after several months of mystery shopping to scrutinise how we respond to telephone calls and email enquiries.

We are extremely proud of this achievement especially as we only launched in January 2009. The award was presented by Kate Thornton to Avis Rhodes, Customer Care Manager and Michelle Sannerude, Senior Customer Care Officer at an Awards Dinner in October.
