300 young people packed Stratford Circus to capacity at the official launch of Family Mosaic's Youth Academy.

The event follows a summer full of activities for young people across London and Essex and officially launches our youth programme which provides opportunities to 8-25 year olds.

Awarding outstanding contributions

The event featured an awards ceremony for outstanding young people, where a lively crowd cheered on the nominees and winners.  As part of the bursary scheme, a total of £1500 was given to four individuals to support their training and development. The audience was also treated to a live performance from a street poet, and an inspirational speech from ‘Pride of Britain’ winner, Gina Moffat.
