We want to understand how the Government's new model affects our existing and future client groups.

We have undertaken important research to establish the real effect of proposed changes to the way social housing is funded. How can we continue to develop desperately needed new homes? We are convinced that the future supply of affordable housing at reasonable rent levels will be dependent upon housing associations and local authorities working even more closely together.

Our Chief Executive, Brendan is hosting a meeting with several LA's today to kick-start the affordability debate and the research will be available in full next month. Watch this space.
