Family Mosaic has published a report on personalisation in its care and support services.

The report explains our conclusions and key lessons learnt from a series of pilot projects which tested personalisation in a range of our schemes and service types.

Personalisation is the generic name for the government's commitment to reforming the way in which care and support services are delivered, and we ran the pilots last year to learn more about how this would work in practise.
